We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. AI Processing

When you submit your domain, we use Anthropic's Claude AI to research publicly available information about your website. This helps us pre-fill your audit form with relevant business details.

Your audit report is generated using multiple AI engines (including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude) to analyze how your brand appears in AI search results. Every report is reviewed by a human analyst before delivery.

4. Data Storage & Security

• Email delivery is handled through NEOSERV infrastructure located in Europe (Slovenia).
• Our website is hosted on Vercel with edge functions in the EU and US.
• All data transmission uses TLS encryption. Email accounts are protected with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure advertising effectiveness. This pixel collects anonymized page view and conversion data. You can opt out of Meta tracking through your Facebook ad settings.

We do not use any other third-party analytics or tracking tools.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
• Withdraw consent for email communications at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
