Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Sift GEO website and services operated by Sift GEO (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Sift GEO provides AI search visibility analysis and reporting. We monitor how your brand appears in AI-powered search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and others) and deliver insights via email.

• Free audit — a one-time visibility report delivered to your inbox within 24 hours of submission.
• Paid plans — weekly reports, competitor tracking, and analyst access for subscribers.

2. Account Requirements

To use our service, you must:

• Provide a valid work email address.
• Provide accurate business information (company name, website, industry).
• Be authorized to act on behalf of the business you submit.

We reserve the right to decline service if the information provided is fraudulent or misleading.

3. Free Audit

The free audit is a one-time, no-obligation report. It does not automatically enroll you in a paid plan. We may follow up with information about our paid service, but you can opt out at any time by replying to any email.

4. Paid Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed monthly. No long-term contracts.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.

5. Refund Policy

If your first paid report does not reveal at least one actionable opportunity to improve your AI visibility, email us and we will refund your payment in full. No questions asked.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your first report.

6. What You Can Expect From Us

• Reports are delivered weekly on the schedule specified in your plan.
• All reports are reviewed by a human analyst before delivery.
• We respond to subscriber questions within 1 business day.
• We will never share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Limitations

Our reports reflect how AI engines respond to queries at the time of analysis. AI search results change frequently, and we cannot guarantee specific rankings or visibility outcomes.

We provide analysis and recommendations. Implementation of those recommendations is your responsibility (unless you are on a plan that includes implementation support).

8. Intellectual Property

Reports delivered to you are yours to use, share, and forward within your organization. You may not resell or redistribute our reports commercially without written permission.

The Sift GEO brand, website design, and proprietary methodology remain our intellectual property.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit domains or businesses you are not authorized to represent.
• Use automated tools to submit bulk requests through our form.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our analysis methodology.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
