Plain English version: Use Spectra for legitimate business outreach. Don't spam people. Don't do anything illegal. Pay for what you use. That's the gist.

What Spectra does

Spectra monitors public LinkedIn posts from companies you specify and identifies people who engage with those posts. We then provide you with contact information for those individuals.

We don't access your LinkedIn account. We don't send messages on your behalf. We don't automate any actions on LinkedIn.

What you agree to

By using Spectra, you agree to:

  • Use leads responsibly — for legitimate business outreach, not spam
  • Comply with laws — including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and LinkedIn's terms
  • Not resell the data — leads are for your use only
  • Provide accurate information — when signing up and paying

What you can't do

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
  • Harass or harm the people in your lead lists
  • Use Spectra for illegal purposes
  • Share your account with others
  • Scrape or automate access to our service
  • Reverse engineer our technology

Payment and billing

  • Free trial: 10 leads, no credit card required
  • Paid plans: billed monthly via Stripe
  • Cancel anytime: no long-term contracts
  • Refunds: if we can't deliver promised leads, you don't pay

Our responsibilities

We commit to:

  • Deliver leads as promised
  • Keep your data secure
  • Be transparent about how we work
  • Respond to support requests promptly

Limitations

We provide leads based on publicly available data. We can't guarantee:

  • 100% email accuracy (though we verify what we can)
  • That leads will respond to your outreach
  • Specific business outcomes

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can cancel anytime — just email us or use the cancel option in your account.

Liability

Spectra is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues arising from how you use the leads we provide. Our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Slovenia.
